Power Train’s sports programs are specifically designed to help clients of all ages exceed their goals and take their game to the next level. Our proprietary training program includes:
Individualized Programs: Each athlete will receive a custom program tailored to their specific needs and goals.
Ongoing Evaluations: Power Train coaches perform ongoing evaluations to analyze a client’s progress and make alterations to their workouts accordingly to prevent plateauing.
3:1 Client to Coach Ratio: We have a max of 3 clients to 1 trainer ratio to ensure proper form and motivation.
Nutrition Plan: Athletes receive a customized nutrition plan designed to enhance performance and body composition.
Run Sessions: Small group run sessions which focus on explosive power, speed, agility and run technique.
